Life, laughs, love and tears.

I watched the new "Bionic Woman" Wednesday evening and loved parts and detested other parts of it....just like the character she played must have felt!

When the sheets were pulled back to reveal her "new legs" she was horified,  just the way I felt when I saw my new total knee replacement!  Her horror was well played,  I loved the look on her face and almost screamed along with her.

I liked that she hit the guy and broke his arm,  not cause I like violence,  because it was an ( to my way of thinking) an honest reaction to what had just been exposed to her.

Some of the show was hard to follow,  for me,  and I wish there had been more of an explanation for some of the things that had happened or were happening.

I think that this is a show I'll watch for quite a few episodes to see if it continues to catch my interest,  simply because the actress playing the part of the bionic woman makes me believe it's really happening to her.

I'm wondering just how patient NBC will be with this show.  Reportedly the pilot episode was being changed all the way up to the end or just about to the end (just before it was due to air).  I think that added to some of the confusion seen in the pilot.

Hopefully future episodes will be less confusing while providing some answers to the questions that should have been raised after watching the pilot episode.

I'll give this one a chance for a few episodes and then may jump off if it doesn't pick up.

I loved the bad girl, Sarah Corvis.  Maybe just because I like her from Battlestar Gallatica but I thought she was the best part of the show.

Now that's a shame!  I think what with the war going on,  school shootings, and all the misery the world is in,  people are looking for some good escapist type shows.  Just look at the roster at the movies,  Spider Man,  Simpsons,  Ice Age,  there's a whole cartload of movies trying to get our minds off of our problems.

I concur,  hopefully future episodes will be less confusing!  and I too will stick with the show and see how it goes.

Aha!  there lies the rub!  I haven't watched Battlestar Gallatica so haven't see her before,  least don't think so.

Speaking of bad girls,  do you like Betty Davis?  she played some really bizarre parts,  and then too  Joan Crawford played some mean roles!  I'm not familiar with the up and coming female stars,  however am going to be watching them now.
